Fathnama - I Chittor :
Fatahnama - I Chittor is an book written by Akbar's own courtiers in 1568.It mentions Akbar's goal and dream for Islam. This book clearly exposes Akbar and his ideas which states that 'Akbar was not great'.
What does it mentions?
You can above clearly see what his intentions were.
"He is advising to invest time in 'Ghiza' (war) and Jihad. The Mughal Empire will extend it boundaries because of Alha's grace. He is motivating to conquer Kafir's territory and spread Islam on the point of their sword."
This book have much more evidence to expose his evilness. He said to pulsar temples of Kafirs and you will served Jannat (heaven) in your feet.

After the translation of this book in 1971 by Indian history congress,it was intentionally ignored and historian didn't even mentioned it's reference in their opinions. This book was hidden with a propaganda and our textbooks still praise Akbar as 'great. But,this book exposes Akbar and ends the myth of Akbar as great.
Conclusion :
There are many proofs including this book which are enough to end the myth of Akbar as great, but still there's nothing updated in the history books of India since a long time.Indian history must be rewritten and praise rulers like Maharana Pratap and Prithviraj chauhan.
There's no doubt in considering Akbar as a 'Cruel Ruler'.
